About Tried Trades
Tried Trades lists tradies by the jobs their own websites name, keeping only those with a near-perfect rating across a real number of reviews.
Only businesses rated 4.8 or better from at least 50 Google reviews are listed, ranked by how many reviews they have; a business just under either line may be just as good. A business is listed under a job only when its own website names that service, and under a place only when Google Maps shows it there. Lists are refreshed on the first of each month.

Tried Trades is run by the Tried Trades team and has been publishing since October 2026. It lists 3,897 businesses in 1,328 lists, with figures as of October 2026.
Ratings, review counts and opening hours come from Google Business Profiles. The year a business started, and the jobs it does, come from its own website.
